For more than 8 years, we have been producing and selling products for pets in more than 30 countries around the world, which has given us the opportunity to work with many dogs, dog trainers, behaviorists and dog owners for years. Since 2022 we offer also modern cage-free day care&hotel service, dog swimming pool, dog trainings and grooming services in Tallinn.

Nufnuf dog day care is based on a simple but important principle - another dog is a dog's best friend, no matter how much we humans love our dogs. A young dog or one with less social experience learns best how to be a dog from another adult dog.

Nufnuf daycare is the first crate-free daycare&hotel in Estonia where dogs play, learn, spend time outdoors and rest together. Our daycare&hotel is suitable for dogs getting along with other dogs. At the same time, dogs learn new social skills when they are together without a cage, the anxiety arising from being alone at home for a long time during the day (e.g. uncontrollable barking, chewing, etc.) and the likelihood of getting into conflict situations with people and other animals (e.g. reactive behavior towards strange dogs on the street) are reduced.

SAFETY OF DOGS

Safety of dogs is our priority number 1 - all our team members have completed small animal first aid course and have at least basic knowledge of dog behavioural psyhology. This allows them to provide first aid in the event of accidents and avoid conflicts between dogs thatb could cause them injuries. However, in exceptional cases, sudden or unforeseen accidents may occure, in the course of which a dog or a person staying at the daycare or hotel may be injured. Pet Retail OÜ as daycare and hotel service provider has valid If Insurance liability insurance against accidents during the service provision, enabiling Pet Retail OÜ to participate in covering medical expenses and other expenses related to accident.

In addition, if requested, the owner can follow the activity if his/her dog online during the day.

As we need to clean the daycare and hotel premises intensively we use Estonian-made probiotic cleaning products thus suitable also for very sensitive dogs.
