Nufnuf is looking for 

LEADING DOG SITTER

to further develop the concept of cage-free 
dog day care and hotel, which is unique in 
Estonia.

Products for pets have been produced and sold 
worldwide under the Nufnuf brand since 2015. 
Nufnuf dog cage-free dog daycare and hotel 
opened in December 2022. In less than a year, 
the number of customers and team members 
has increased threefold. Our center in Tallinn, 
Tondi, has grown from 200 square meters to 
450 square meters - in addition to the indoor 
spaces, there is a 150 square meter outdoor 
dog walking area, a prestigious grooming salon, 
Estonia's first indoor pool for dogs only, and 
training programs for dogs and their owners.

Equally as important as the excellent physical 
environment created for dogs at Nufnuf is that 
we have been able to create a safe environment 
for providing off-leash dog daycare and hotel 
services. It is based on the belief that for a dog's 
mental and physical health, the dog needs 
regular time in the herd with its peers. We 
have created an environment where unique 
herd dynamics arise, i.e. dogs who are 
strangers but friendly to each other learn 
skills from each other and from our team 
members to be even better dogs.

The result is a more confident and calmer 
dog than before, which benefits the dog, its 
family and the community in which it lives. 
During the 11 months of operation, we have 
more than 500 active four-legged customers
to show for it, who have visited us more than 
4,500 times during this time; four-legged 
customers put their muzzles towards us and 
spend a day 
or stay with us more than 400 times a month; 
60+% of all customers use our services regularly, 
which has given our team of 8 people 
confidence that we are doing the right thing. 
In order to be even better at offering our 
service, we are looking for a colleague with 
outstanding personal qualities and practical 
experience as a dog trainer to join our team, 
from whom we expect:
- Practical work experience as a dog trainer;
- Good knowledge of the mental, physical and
species-specific needs of dogs (corresponding 
qualification can be proven with certificates, 
but we value equally important if the 
above-mentioned knowledge has been 
acquired through long practical work and 
independently improving theoretical knowledge 
in the field of dogs);
- Willingness to work with all dog breeds and 
dogs at different levels of development;
- Independence, calmness and self-confidence 
when working with dogs; 
quick and appropriate reactivity and stress 
tolerance in a situation where, as a leading 
dog sitter in a cage-free daycare, you have 
to be responsible for the welfare and safety 
of up to 30 dogs (in a team with other 
dog sitters);
- Initiative by creating and developing 
existing as well as new services in cooperation 
with the team;
- Experience of managing and guiding people - 
communication with dog owners and 
team members;
- Willingness and ability to conduct individual 
and/or group trainings for dogs, dog owners 
and team members;
- In the case of non-Estonian native speakers, 
good oral and written English language skills, 
in the case of others, good oral and written 
Estonian and English language skills;
- Intermediate computer skills.

The work can be started immediately or 
by agreement at a later time. Agreements 
to make the work schedule more flexible
